alsamixer - alsa mixer options set and get

Hello,
I like to switch on/off alsamixer options (Headphone etc.) with gstreamer.
I already can get/set the volume of mixer-tracks but have no clue how
to use the options interface.
The main problem is I don't know how to get the GstMixerOptions from
my Mixer Element (alsamixer)?
Does anybody have an example or any advice.
