RELEASE: GStreamer 0.11.2 and GStreamer Base Plug-ins 0.11.2

This mail announces the release of GStreamer 0.11.2 "A Shiny White 
Tooth" and GStreamer Base Plug-ins 0.11.2 "Drool Pool".

This is the third release of the unstable 0.11 series that will lead up 
to the 1.0 release later this year. It is intended for developers and 
people wanting to port their plugins and applications to the new series.
