How to use the gconfvideosink as a video-sink

Hi all,

In totem player , the pipeline use the gconfvideosink as a videosink.
While the gst-inspect can not give the detail information about it .
Can anyone give me some information about the usage of the gconfvideosink.
It is nice to have some sample code .
