Streaming png live sequence

Hy,

i want to build a live streaming application with gstreamer. Therefor i
have to read a sequence of png files, encode them into a video (using
theoraencoder, H.264 encoder, etc.). The Videoconainer should be an
Matroska, ogv, mp4 or avi.
After that the video should be streamed with the gstreamer RTSP plugin.
What are the pipeline elements?
How to configure them?
Could you please send me an example code?
