jpegdec and x-raw-rgb

I solved the problem by using pngdec and ffmpegcolorspace.

gst-launch filesrc location="test.png" ! pngdec ! imagefreeze !
video/x-raw-rgb ! myplugin ! ffmpegcolorspace ! autovideosink
