dvbcam: error witing TPDU (22): Invalid argument

Hi,
There is a known issue, by which the DVB device will take some time to
initialize (up to 5-10s). Until is it initialized, opening the
associated CA device will fail, so the initial CA ioctl will fail.
I have a pending patch for this I should push.
