How to Stream Live Video with some other data with RTSPStreaming Server

Hy,

in bachelorexam i have to stream Live-Video with some other kind of data to
an client. My idea is to use the subtitles to send data from a streaming
server to the client. Therfor i want to generate a string form the given
data and
stream them into a supportet container format. After that the media
container should be send, including video and data, to the clinet. the
problem is to include that data dynamically to a livestream. next problem
is that GStreamer
RTSPServer don´t support selfmade pipelines. so what should i do? Does
anyone have an idea?

My questions:

How can i dynamically include Subtitles into an Videostream (from a text
file or something like that)?
How i have to map a selfwritten pipeline into the RTSP Server?
Does RTSP Server only support pipelines written in the comandline structure
(media Factory launch)?

Every videocodec, containerformat, streamingprotocol and plugins from
GStreamer could be used.
