mpeg-2 to mpeg-4

[prototype18]

Yeah thank you very much Martijn, now i'm able to "CONVERT" mpeg2 to mpeg4
using the pipeline that you gave me. But now i am having trouble with
"CONVERTING" mpeg4 to mpeg2. The audio of mpeg2 is not smooth. E.g when
singer starts singing her void is very noisy. Could it be because of my mp4
sample is not good but i don't think so.
