Error Compiling Gstreamer good Plugins(gst-plugins-good-0.10.15)

HI
I am trying to compile the gstreamer good
plugin<http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gst-plugins-good/>(gst-plugins-good-0.10.15)
from this location -> http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/  but I was not
able to get it compiled.I am getting this error.
