Help Needed : H264 SPS Extraction

Hello everybody,

I am trying to write a H264 decoder plugin. My decoder needs SPS NAL Unit
to construct the decoder API.
I am new to GStreamer Source. So, I am not sure how to retrieve SPS NAL
Units in my decoder plugin.

Please help me solve my problem.
