Can't link h.264 stream to a multiqueue sink

Just getting started with gstreamer.  Trying to write a simple
pipeline to copy a Quicktime file to get my feet wet.  When I try to
link the video source pad from qtdemux to the sink of a multiqueue, I
get a LinkError (GST_PAD_LINK_NOFORMAT).  Audio stream links fine.
Seems like this should be something simple.  See attached python
script.
