souphttpsrc seek problem

Additionally i am trying to split video from internet, but when i use this
pipeline

D:\Program Files\OSSBuild\GStreamer\v0.10.6\bin>gst-launch.exe gnlurisource
uri=http://somewebsite/somefile.avi start=0 duration=5000000000
media-start=10000000000 media-duration=5000000000
 ! ffvideoscale ! video/x-raw-yuv,width=320,height=240 !ffenc_msmpeg4v2
bitrate=44800 ! avimux ! filesink location=D:\\new.avi

i get

Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is PREROLLING ...
Pipeline is PREROLLED ...
Setting pipeline to PLAYING ...
Buffering, setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Done buffering, setting pipeline to PLAYING ...

and then nothing is doing... new.avi file is creating but it always has 0 KB
weight. I can use souphttpsource but then how i can get cut my file and get
only one piece of file.
