I have opened that camera to the world: BrickCom
gst-launch rtspsrc location=rtsp://84.250.43.65:554/channel1 ! decodebin2 !
ffmpegcolorspace ! autovideosink
gst-launch rtspsrc location=rtsp://84.250.43.65:554/channel1 ! queue !
rtpjpegdepay ! jpegdec ! autovideosink

Mplayer cannot start somehow, but VLC player did.

Just in few hours here in Finland gonna be dark...
