Building Gstreamer 1.0.2 for MSVC

Hello,
I tried to build Gstreamer 1.0.2 on Windows for VS2010. I only found the 
prject files for VS2005, but also these files are very out of date and 
cannot be compiled. Is there any plan to update these files or can I 
create these files by myself using the configure script and cygwin? I did 
not find any description on how to do this. Can anybody help?
