EOS not received on the Bus

I have a quite complex pipeline with multiple sources and sinks. I send the
eos_event to all sources but somehow it doesn't reach the bus.
Any suggestion why this may be happening?

A simplification of the pipeline is this:

v4l2src ! tee1 ! xvimagesink
tee1 ! encoder ! filesink1
tee1 ! mux.

v4l2src ! tee2 ! xvimagesink
tee2 ! mux.

pulsesrc ! tee3 ! alsasink
tee3 ! mux.

mux ! rtmpsink

filesrc ! filesink2
