Very strange issue in Windows builds and Linux

Hi,

I faced very strange issue in GStreamer builds.

Description.

0. My idea to play video & audio from IP camera. I my case it's Panasonic
BL-C101.
Assume we don't need authentication.
Video encoded with mpeg4
audio encoded with g726.
RTSP link is: rtsp://<ip>:<port>/nphMpeg4/g726-640x480

1. I used Windows builds to play:

gst-launch playbin2 uri=rtsp://<ip>:<port>/nphMpeg4/g726-640x480

Great. It works!

2. But I need Ubuntu.

gst-launch playbin2 uri=rtsp://<ip>:<port>/nphMpeg4/g726-640x480
*Fails!!! *
*No audio.*
