Gstreamer installation using mingw

I have installed gstreamer1.0,gst-plugin-base,gst-plugin-good and gst-libav
on windows using mingw.

when i play video using the command line gst-launch-1.0 playbin
uri=file:/<path to video file>

audio is proper but no video display screen.

what may be problem.
