Chinese subtitle

Hi,

I am using Gstreamer version 0.10.32.

My video clip has Chinese subtitle, but my player based on GStreamer
does not display the subtitle.

The message from Gstreamer is "no text codec found"

 

How can I enable Chinese or foreign language subtitle?
