Receive Pipeline not going to playing state when rtmpsrc with mpegtsdemux is used.

sorry for the false alarm.
It turns out that the server I was using was converting my input mpegts to
flv streams. So, even though I used mpegtsmux to mux it in, I had to use
flvdemux to demux it. The mpegtsmux wasnt giving any errors, just some
warnings and was not prerolling. Inspecting the rtmp bytes using 'gst-launch
rtmpsrc ! fakesink dump=true' 
gave me the clue as it had 'flv' in the initial data.

Works perfectly now.
