uvch264_src and git 0.10 branch issues

Hi Yusuf,

All you need to do is *this* and you will be on the 0.10 branch.  However,
0.10 is no longer maintained and you will want to stick to 1.xx.

this:

git clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad
git checkout -b "0.10" origin/0.10
