GstBitReader but Not GstBitWriter?

I see that you were the author of GstBitReader :), thank you it really helped
me :) Please correct me if I'm wrong, I want to help, but I don't think it's
practical for me to implement it: I'm working with embedded platforms which
are running really old version of GStreamer (as old as 0.10.18 in some
cases). I'm delivering a custom plugin to people, and I don't know how I
would even deliver the GstBitWriter addition to customers who are using old
versions of gstreamer.
