x264enc in GST SDK for Windows

Thank you.

Yes, I saw the same was suggested in several places. But how to install
plugins is not clear to me yet.
- Can I run GST SDK and ossbuild in parallel?
- or Can I install only ugly plugins from ossbuild, if so, how?
- if not, it seems, I have to uninstall GST SDK and have to install
ossbuild, right?
