RTSP server problems with uvch264src H/W+ encoded H.264 output

Hi Yusuf,

I forgot to tell you to place fakesink at the end of the pipeline when
running it with gst-launch.  This pipeline runs fine for me and well help
you isolate the problem.

[root at MPconfRandD ~]# gst-launch uvch264_src device=/dev/video0 name=src
auto-start=true iframe-period=1000 ! queue !
video/x-h264,width=1920,height=1080,framerate=30/1 ! rtph264pay pt=99
name=pay0 ! fakesink
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is live and does not need PREROLL ...
Setting pipeline to PLAYING ...
New clock: GstSystemClock
