RTSP server problems with uvch264src H/W+ encoded H.264 output

Hi Yusuf,

OK, it looks like the plugin uvch264_src was renamed to uvch264src when it
was ported to GStreamer 1.0.

GST_DEBUG=uvch264src:5,v4l2src:5 gst-launch uvch264src device=/dev/video0
auto-start=true iframe-period=1000 ! queue !
video/x-h264,width=1920,height=1080,framerate=30/1 ! rtph264pay pt=99
name=pay0 ! fakesink &>log.txt
