Gstreamer TS

Hi every one..,
   I am new to this group.., If I write any mistakes please excuse me.

   I have a TS decoder that receives "transport stream" and separate audio
and video from that input stream.
   While separating I will get PTS  (Presentation Time Stamps). I want to
play those separated buffers with those
   PTS values using GSTREAMER. How can I Play.
