RTSP server problems with uvch264src H/W+ encoded H.264 output

Hi Yusuf,

If in gst-plugins-good/sys/v4l2/gstv4l2bufferpool.c I increase
'max_buffers', the pipeline runs longer.  The problem appears to be a
GstBuffer leak.  I increased 'max_buffers' all the way up to 40 and the
pipeline ran five or six minutes before crashing.
