Support for P2 media

GStreamer is not able to handle video from Panasonic P2 cameras, but other
players can.  It plays OK with VLC, FFmpeg (ffplay) and libav (avplay).  A
short example clip can be downloaded from here:

playbin (1.0) and playbin2 (0.10) fail on Windows and Linux with errors
like this:
