Streaming Video from Computer to Android

Thanks! That fixed the issue. I also added the gstrtpjitterbuffer pipeline
just in case. Now the video is only about 1 second delayed and for the most
part looks pretty good. Not sure what to look into in order to minimize the
delay but this is a good starting point. Next step is to start looking into
integrating OpenCV into the android app.
