Runnig h264 live stream on Android using GStreamer

I had following plugins enabled earlier:
GSTREAMER_PLUGINS         := $(GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_CORE)
$(GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_PLAYBACK) $(GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_CODECS)
$(GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_NET) $(GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_SYS) ffmpeg

I changed ffmpeg to $(GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_CODECS_RESTRICTED) to be sure that
it's ok, but I still have the same problem :/
