confused.

(1) udpsrc ! gstrtpjitterbuffer latency=250
(2) rtspsrc ! gstrtpjitterbuffer latency=250
(3) rtspsrc latency=0 ! gstrtpjitterbuffer latency=250
(4) rtspsrc latency=250
