start/stop recording from live preview+stream

With some modifications i have been able to start and stop the recording
...but every time i stop the pipeline i get an  error
GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_object_unref: assertion `((GObject *)
object)->ref_count > 0' failed..
I have done gst_object_unref the recording bin and all the  linking pads so
couldn't figure out this error.I am not too familiar with valgrind tool
too.My application eventually crashes on the board.
