audioparse in gstreamer1.0

Hi,

audioparse and videoparse elements convert chunks of any data into frames of
media data. The data that  you are sending into these elements do not come
with any header for elements to know the format of the data. If that is so,
you dont need a parser element :)

In short, if you are using rawparsers, you have to set the format of the
data

It is very hard to guess the issue unless you share the pipeline
