Adder mixing timing

I have created a pipeline which loads 6 wav files I then stop the samples
and start them again from the start. How ever on first launch all 6 are
started at the same time the 3 I stop and restart have a latency between
them that you can hear is there a way to synchronise this ? Or any ideas as
to what in the pipeline may cause this. Links to example working code also
appreciated :)
