Nettle 2.5 deftypevr Bug

There is currently a bug within Nettle 2.5 that breaks the Cerbero 
compile on Linux.

I'm cross compiling for Windows, I've tested this issue on Debian 
Stable, Debian Testing, and a few others. If the makeinfo/texi package 
is too new, nettle 2.5 will fail to compile.

The newest version of Nettle is 2.7.1, which is pretty far ahead of 2.5, 
perhaps this could be updated to fix this?
