Blackmagic Plugin need???

how I can get Blackmagic plugin ,..
I am willing to pay for services to anyone can install for me GSstream to be
able to use my 2 Intensitypro from Blackmagic.. I will l,ike to use HLS
solution ,Http ,udp,and rtsp
