Changing URI when playing a stream (iOS)

i am trying to change uri when playing a stream
steps
1. pause gst
2. set new uri 
3. play gst
but it gives an error 

failed to make complete framebuffer object 8cd6

i have also tried deiniting gst, initing again, setting uri and playing
again but same error

i also have tried [video_view setNeedsLayout]

 how can i resolve it
