MpegTS over UDP

If I try :

root at emb:~# gst-launch-0.10 -v uridecodebin uri=udp://225.1.2.3:30000
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is live and does not need PREROLL ...
Setting pipeline to PLAYING ...
New clock: GstSystemClock

But nothing seems to work.
