qt-GStreamer building Error : MSVC

Hi Developers,
I am new to qt as well as gstreamer environment. I was trying build library
for qt-GStreamer over Window( I am also new MSVC) and I encountered
following error on building the project file after cmake. My Cmake went well
but with some warnings. I am attaching output of both the process. 
Hope someone would hail my request
