gst-inspect-1.0 command not showing the updated plugin details

Hi,

I ran,
 gst-inspect-1.0
/../../gstreamer-1.2.1/plugins/elements/.libs/libgstcoreelements.so 

I get the below error,

Could not load plugin file: File
"/../../gstreamer-1.2.1/plugins/elements/.libs/libgstcoreelements.so"
appears to be a GStreamer plugin, but it failed to initialize
