Build Failure after updating Makefile.am file in gstreamer-1.2.1 package

Hi,

I am running ./autogen.sh  command, It runs for a while and In the end I get
the below error

checking for gtkdoc-check... no
checking for gtkdoc-rebase... no
checking for gtkdoc-mkpdf... no
configure: error: You need to have gtk-doc >= 1.12 installed to build
GStreamer
  configure failed
