Thanks for the fix. I believe the bug was first introduced in 1.2 and not
1.0?

Doing video mixing with Snowmix, the alpha channel does carry some
importance :-) What is the first version of GStreamer do you think the fix
will be in?

Right now I'm in a bit of a mess because users of Snowmix using a newer
Linux distro may in many cases have shiftet to GStreamer 1.2 as recommended
and now that's kind of not working well with Snowmix, if decoding/scaling
is involved. Difficult to find a workaround that does not include heavy CPU
usage.

Interestingly enough, I could not replicate the bug when using
videotestsrc, format=I420 and videoscale. Any idea why?

I will and you could just have asked me to do so after confirming the bug.
Usually I ask for a second confirmation before reporting a bug, since I
could be wrong and occasionally am. Guess only the one who does nothing
makes no mistakes. Anyway, in this case, you confirmed the bug and fixed in
the same email.

Thanks. Have a good Christmas/holiday and a very good new year.
