This says that quite a few plugins are blacklisted. What happens if you
run
gst-inspect-1.0 /home/pedrocr/gst/1.2/gst-plugins-base/ext/alsa/.libs/libgstalsa.so
? Maybe also get debug logs of that if the error is not very helpful.
Most likely the problem is that the libraries are not found and
something is wrong with LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
