Orc optmization

Hello,

I always build my gstreamer with Orc disabled(Orc is not installed). Does
any one has any idea on the processing speedup I'll get on a an intel
ivybridge system if Orc optimization is enabled? 

Ofcourse it'll depend on the type of element. I'm mainly looking at number
crunching filter elements like videoconvert, videoscale etc
