You set earlier that it first built git master IIRC. Did you clean and
build again from the 1.2 branch afterwards?

If you did, can you provide the libgstalsa.so somewhere, and also give
the output of "ldd" on it and give a complete debug log with GST_DEBUG=6
of gst-inspect-1.0 /path/to/libgstalsa.so ?
