decodebin

I am implementing RTSP support in my app. I have it partially working. It
seems that when the new pad created callback comes in I have to look at the
caps and figure out how to handle them. Decodebin already does that quite
nicely. Is that code considered sufficiently stable for production code? It
certainly has more use than code I haven't written yet.
