There's currently no optimal way to render video fast on RPi using GStreamer,
especially if you need to do it on X. But there're some solutions. Take a look
at eglglessink element and "eglglessink on Raspberry PI" and "Current status
of GStreamer on Raspberry Pi" branches somewhere around here.
