Are you currently building for Windows on Windows? The above is an error
that some files are missing, that's why you don't get msi installers.
Could you run cerbero with the "buildone gstreamer" command and then
"package gstreamer-sdk" again? If it still fails please include the
*complete* output of both commands in a mail :)
