Depaylaoding RTP MP4A-LATM

Anyone have any experience depayloading an RTP MP4A-LATM stream? I am using
rtpmp4adepay but it's not working: the element just hangs. I took a look at
the source code for the rtpmp4adepay element and it looks like it is waiting
for an RTP marker bit, but my RTP source never sends one. I know my RTP
source is working correctly because it works on other devices.
