Problem with live push src

Doesn't look like the discontinuities in my buffer are due to the
gst_pad_push() in create(). I removed the calls and I still get the
discontinuity. I've been testing in a VM using Ubuntu 12.04, GST 0.10.36.
That could the reason for the anomaly, maybe there's some kind of race
condition in GStreamer that the slow performance of the VM is exposing.
