Custom Codec Having Trouble Negotiating Caps with Corrupted MP3

I did what you said and immediately saw the problem. The song I was decoding
was encoded at a sample rate my encoder doesn't support (22050). Adding the
audioresample element between flump3dec and mycodecenc immediately solved
the problem. There's always a reason :) Thank you for the good help.
